My boyfriend (27M) and I (26F) split all groceries in half. How do I deal with him eating atleast 70% of it?

We have lived together for 6 months now, and work in the same work environment and I only earn about £2K annually more than him.
We split everything in half- rent, bills and groceries. We also take turns paying for dates.
Which, I was initially fine with. But what used to be my week's meal prep is now over in 2 days. I'm paying more than ever for groceries and this is really starting to annoy me.
I understand he's a man and almost double my body weight and obviously needs more calories. If we get pizza, I have 3 slices, he has 6. Sausages? I have 2, he has 4. I have 1 egg a day, he has 4!
Not to mention, as a woman with sensitive skin I spend a decent amount of money on skincare, makeup and general hygiene stuff. I was internally raging when he used up my £30 sunscreen. I promise I'm not being petty, it just feels unfair.
So, do I start asking him to pay more for groceries? Has anyone else dealt with this situation?
He is a very sweet guy and I really love him and don't want this to cause a strain on our relationship :((
