I [32M] have never felt real love for anyone in my life, and I don't know how to tell my wife [30F] the truth after 3 years together

I dont love my wife, or hardly anyone in my life. Ever since I was a kid, I always felt kind of isolated, but still had friends. Every interaction with anyone in my life was just me pretending to be on the same page as the other or even care about the interaction. When it came to meet new people, I just picked up things from other people and did the same, just as simply as acting it out. At first, I simply thought that I was just introverted or something like that, but the older I got, the more I started to realize that I dont have any feelings for anyone.
Once I got into puberty, I started to get FOMO of missing out on the stuff other people do, so I started to go to parties and just acted like everyone else. When most of my friends started caring about girls, I did the same. I dated some but never truly went through with any out of both lack of care but also remorse to not waste the other persons time. But again, as I got into my twenties, I didnt want to disappoint my parents and just fit in, so I started dating.
Through one of my friends, I met my now wife and we dated for about 5 years before deciding to get married 3 years ago. To clarify, I never watched any videos on "how to date" anyone but simply picked up cues from friends and stuff by simply watching. I never had any intuition or feelings in that matter, as i said before.
The marriage is really happy, but everyday I get more remorseful. I like my wife in a way thats hard to describe but to really care for her, as bad as it sounds, isnt really possible for her. She doesnt know how I feel or lack thereof, nor does anyone else. I dont want to waste her whole life on being me, someone who just pretends to love her but I also dont want to break her heart right now since I think I am maybe in too deep. (We dont have kids yet, but she wants some). She likes me and I have gotten used to my daily life, our activities, which consist mostly of things she planned and likes to do. I rarely also pretend to like something and bring her with me to said thing, such as tennis for example.
During the last few weeks, this feeling has gotten bigger with a sense of urgency, that I cant waste her time anymore but I also dont even know if or how I should tell her?
