My (27F) friend (27F) never brings things to potlucks, and expects any food I ever buy to be a generous offering rather than something I’d like to split. How do I approach this?

I’m starting to really resent her as a friend. She’s a wonderful person, with a big heart and in every single other way, she’s a fantastic friend. I’ve hosted a couple potlucks in the past few years, and I have invited her… she has never ever brought anything.
On top of that, I introduced her to other friends too and now she gets invited to their dinner parties as well, she asks me for a ride.
At this point, I don’t want to invite her to dinner parties anymore because I don’t want to feel disappointed :/ and I’ve resolved to say “no thanks I’m not really hungry at all” when she asks to get food. But there’s also the option where, next time she asks if we can go get icecream or get drinks, I could respond and be like “Drinks on you since I got pizza for us last time :) “ in like a nice way that sounds unbothered.
How would you approach this?
Edit: Thank you so much for all the advice! I did NOT think this post would get this much attention! Also thank you for validating that I’m not being unreasonable. That’s part of the reason why I haven’t confronted her yet was because I honestly wasn’t positive if my frustration was fair. So thanks :)
